旧第一銀行小樽支店

建築年：大正13（1924）年

構造：鉄筋コンクリート造

かつて、北のウォール街といわれた地区の中心に位置しています。外観デザインは飾り気のない壁面に改変されていますが、当初は道路側2面に3階通しの大オーダーが立てられていました。現在は洋服工場として活用されていますが、内部の2階吹き抜けの営業室は、もとのまま残されています。

The Former Otaru Branch of Dai Ichi Bank

Date of Construction:1924

Structure:Reinforced Concrete

Although the present exterior design is rather conservative, this bank at the center of the former “Wall Street of North” originally possessed grand, three story pillars on the sides of the building facing the street. Currently used as a clothing factory, the spacious management office on the second floor still maintains the building’s former glory.
