天上寺本堂

建築年：明治23（1890）年

構造：木造

この本堂は、明治23年に入船十字街近くに建立され、その後、大正4年に現在地へ移築されました。その外観は、長野県の善光寺の外観を模した入母屋妻入り、軒下に裳階を付けています。内部は、中央に設けられた柱列で、外陣と内陣に分けられ、その奥に阿弥陀三尊が安置されています。

Tenjoji Temple Main Building

Originally built near the Irifune intersection in 1890, the building was moved to its current location in 1915. With its hipped or irimoya roof and mokoshi decorations under the eaves, the building is externally modeled on the Zenkoji Temple of Nagano prefecture. A row of pillars fills the central interior , dividing the outer and inner sanctuaries and beyond this, a statue of Amida Sanzon is enshrined.
