旧戸出物産小樽支店

建築年：大正15(1926)年

構造：木造一部煉瓦造

この建物は、富山県に本店のある戸出物産の小樽支店として新築されました。入船七叉路（メルヘン交差点）の一角にあり、外観は左右非対称で、窓周りに垂直性を意識した意匠が施されています。旧社屋裏に煉瓦造3階建の倉庫が続き、一体で活用されています。1階室内には、鉄製の円柱が並び、柱の上に肘木をのせ、2階の床組を支えています。

The Former Otaru Branch of Toide Bussan Co., Ltd

This building was built as the Otaru branch of Toide Bussan Co., Ltd., headquartered in Toyama prefecture. Located on the corner of “Marchen” intersection, it has an asymmetrical facade and features a vertically oriented design around the windows.Adjoined to the back of and integrated with the former branch office is a three-story brick warehouse. Inside, the first floor features iron columns that, with horizontal braces atop them, support the second-story floor joists.
